Thorost are the evolved form of puffluff. Upon evolution, these stormclouds sprout two arms, one of which is covered in a large gold colored exoskeleton that is capable of launching devastating physical attacks. The electrical energy that was internalized in their previous form now courses trough their right fist, and they need to let lose a blast of electricity every so often to avoid the electricity harming them. This action sounds like a giant thunderclap, and is often a precursor to a coming storm.
Thorost spend most of their time in Silvastre or the Stormwrack. There, rival thorost often have sparring matches in the sky, causing rain and thunder to abound the area. Sometimes they intentionally start storms for fun, but they always make sure to warn ships in the area by flying over them in a group to warn them that a storm is coming and they should leave. However, some thorost take pleasure in attacking human ships, though they are a small section of the population. These thorost have allied themselves with the Leviathan, the Azureryu who rules the Stormwrack.
