The Manifester is a special type of elementalists. They use their connection with nature - their wild magic - to bend the elements to their will. They can craft artificial beings out of the elements to fight for them. These are called elementals, and they are effective ways for Manifesters to wage war. Manifesters go into battle with their elementals: psuedo-pokemon that lack the ability to die. However, this process is incredibly draining on Manifesters, and they need to ration their uses of the ability, or they quickly deplete themselves of the strength to fight.

Like all elementalists, Manifesters are quite rare throughout Aatos. Long ago Manifesters were highly valued as they were able to combat the pokemon hordes that attacked humanity, but after the dawn of symbol magic and the pokeball, the need for wild magic, and thus Manifesters, died out. Now, many people don't even know that that Manifesters exist except in stories and legends. If they see a Manifester in real life, they assume that what they are seeing is simply an innovative use of image magic. Only the few who have real knowledge, realize that Manifesters wield magic as old as time itself.

Prerequisites: Knowledge of and training with Wild Magic, 18 primary stat (Wis, Cha, or Con).
Bonus: +1 Primary Stat

Basic Manifestation (Trainer Action, Illegal)
Daily - Every 2 levels gained, you may perform this Feature another time per day. - Drains 30 HP per use
Effect: You create a Basic Elemental. This Elemental can be either Flying, Electric, Ground, Rock, Grass, Fire, Water, or Ice type. Upon creation you are given 30 stat points to distribute among Base Stats, but no stat may go above 14 or below 4. These Elementals receive no Abilities or a Nature. The level of the Pokemon is equal to your primary stat modifier times 5, up to 30. Stat points are distributed as normal. The Elemental knows 3 At-Will or EOT attacks of its type. The Elemental has an Overland Speed of 8, Power 3, Jump 3, and Intelligence 3. Its size is Small and has a Weight Class of 2. An Elemental is commanded just as a normal Pokemon is. An Elemental appears within 10 spaces of you. When an Elemental reaches 0 HP it dies without any save. Elementals last for a number of rounds equal to your primary stat modifier doubled.

Attacker (Free Action, Illegal)
At-Will - Drains 4 HP per use
Trigger: You attack with a Move
Effect: You may make any of your attacks originate from your Elemental. Add 1/2 of your primary stat modifier instead of the full value.

Mechanic: Manifesters create Elementals, constructs that act as Pokemon do. An Elemental is commanded in the same way as a Pokemon, except that the Elemental is by its nature a temporary construct, and Elementals cannot be captured by any means. Controlling an Elemental uses the Trainer’s Command Action - as a result, it is impossible to command an Elemental and a Pokemon simultaneously without the Dual Wielding feature. Elementals cannot learn new Moves or Abilities once created, and Items cannot be used on them.

Note: Only one feature with the Target: An Elemental you are Manifesting may be used on an Elemental.
